摘要 目的探析不同炮制方法对升麻中异阿魏酸含量的影响。方法选取同批次购进的升麻为试药,采用不同炮制方法对其进行加工,采用反相高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)测定升麻生品和升麻炭、醋升麻、酒升麻等三种升麻炮制品中异阿魏酸含量。结果升麻生品中异阿魏酸含量<酒升麻<醋升麻<升麻炭。结论不同炮制方法会对升麻中异阿魏酸含量产生影响。 Objective To explore the effects of different processing methods on the content of ISO ferulic acid in Rhizoma cohosh.Methods The cohosh of the same batch was selected as the trial medicine,and the different processing methods were used to process it.The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of isoferulic acid in the three kinds of cohosh products of cohosh and cohosh,cohosh cohosh and liquor cohosh.Results The content of isoferulic acid in cider was lower than that of cissin.Conclusion Different processing methods can affect the content of ISO ferulic acid in Rhizoma cohosh.
