萆薢消痛饮治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bixie Xiaotong Drink in Treating Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的观察萆薢消痛饮治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的52例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组26例运用萆薢消痛饮汤剂口服治疗,对照组26例运用依托考昔片配合四妙丸口服治疗, 2组患者均治疗7d后对其临床疗效进行观察。结果治疗组26例患者,临床治愈14例,好转10例,无效2例,总有效率92%。对照组26例患者,临床治愈10例,好转11例,无效5例,总有效率81%。治疗组26例患者肝功能、肾功能治疗期间均未出现异常,胃肠道未见不良反应。对照组26例患者肝功能、肾功能治疗期间均未出现异常,胃肠道出现不良反应者1例。结论萆薢消痛饮治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效良好,副作用少,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Bixie Xiaotong drink in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods 52 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,26 cases in the treatment group were treated with Bixie Xiaotong drink orally.And 26 in the control group,the patients were treated with Etoricoxib tablets combined with Simiao pills.The two groups of patients were treated with 7d and their clinical efficacy was observed.Results Of the 26 patients in the treatment group,14 were cured,10 were improved,2 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92%.In the control group,26 cases were cured,10 cases were cured,11 cases were improved,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 81%.In the treatment group,there were no abnormalities in liver function and renal function during the treatment period,and no adverse reactions occurred in the gastrointestinal tract in 26 patients.In the control group,26 patients had no abnormal liver function and renal function during treatment,and 1 case had adverse reactions in gastrointestinal tract.Conclusion Bixie Xiaotong drink is effective in treating acute gouty arthritis with few side effects and is worthy of promotion.
