柔肝息风汤治疗风阳上扰型颈性眩晕的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Rougan Xifeng decoction in Treating Cervical Vertigo of Endogenous Wind Invading Upward Type

目的观察与验证李金学教授柔肝息风法治疗风阳上扰型颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将58例确诊为风阳上扰型颈性眩晕的患者随机分为试验组、对照组。脱落3例,试验组28例,采用口服柔肝息风汤治疗;对照组27例,口服西比灵治疗,观察治疗前后疗效、眩晕评估积分、颈部疼痛(VAS评分)、症状体征积分等。结果试验组和对照组有效率分别为92.86%和81.48%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组在眩晕评估积分、症状体征积分、颈部疼痛改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柔肝息风法治疗风阳上扰型颈性眩晕疗效可靠,可有效改善眩晕、疼痛及其它症状,无毒副作用,值得推广。

Objective To observe and validation the clinical effect of softening liver for calming endogenous wind therapy in treating vertigo of endogenous wind invading upward type.Methods 58 patients who were diagnosed as cervical vertigo of endogenous wind invading upward type were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.Fall off in 3 patients.In the experimental group,28 cases were treated with Rougan Xifeng decoction.In the control group,27 cases were treated with Xibingling.After two weeks,the curative effect,score of vertigo,VAS,symptomatic integral were observed.Results The effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 92.86%and 81.48%,and there had no significant difference(P>0.05).The evaluation score of vertigo,VAS and symptomatic integral of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of softening liver for calming endogenous wind therapy in treating vertigo of endogenous wind invading upward type is reliable,it can effectively improve dizziness,pain and other symptoms,without obvious side effects,and is worthy promoting.
