贯龙合剂联合右佐匹克隆治疗肝郁化火型围绝经期失眠症临床研究

Clinical Study of Guanlong Mixture and Eszopiclone in Treating Perimenopausal Insomnia of Liver Stagnation Transforming into Fire

目的观察贯龙合剂联合右佐匹克隆治疗肝郁化火型围绝经期失眠症的效果。方法选取2016年7月—2018年6月共52例肝郁化火型围绝经期失眠症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组各26例。对照组采用右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组采用贯龙合剂联合右佐匹克隆治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后的甲功五项(TSH、T_4、T_3)、性激素六项(FSH、LH、E_2、PRG)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)。结果观察组患者E_2、PRG水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TSH、T_3、LH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_4、FSH水平低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者PSQI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贯龙合剂联合右佐匹克隆治疗肝郁化火型围绝经期失眠症具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Guanlong mixture combined with Eszopiclone on the type of liver stagnation transforming into fire of perimenopausal insomnia.Methods A total of 52 cases of liver stagnation transforming into fire of perimenopausal insomnia were selected from Puning hospital of traditional Chinese medicine during July 2016 to December 2018 as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group.Every group had 26 cases.The control group was treated with Eszopiclone,and the observation group was treated with Guanlong mixture combined with Eszopiclone.The TSH,T4,T3,FSH,LH,E2,PRG and the PSQI of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of the E2 and PRG of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TSH,T3 and LH levels of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The T4 and FSH levels of the observation group was also lower than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The PSQI of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guanlong mixture combined with Eszopiclone has a good clinical effect on the type of liver stagnation transforming into fire of perimenopausal insomnia.
