摘要
目的研究人本管理在护理管理中的应用效果。方法从住院部2016年4月—2018年4月接受护理的患者中选择100例,根据接受护理的不同方式分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用应用人本管理后的护理模式,对照组采用以往常规的护理模式,对2组的护理效果进行分析对比。结果 2组的护理满意度、医生反馈和患者生活质量对比均有显著差异。结论采用人本管理模式应用于临床护理管理能够更好地提高护理效果,提升护理质量。
Objective To study the application effect of humanistic management in nursing management.Methods 100 patients were selected from the hospital of our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018.According to the different ways of receiving nursing,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted the nursing mode after the application of human based management.The control group adopted the conventional nursing model and analyzed the nursing effect of the two groups.Results There were significant differences in nursing satisfaction,doctor feedback and quality of life between the two groups.Conclusion The application of humanistic management mode in clinical nursing management can better improve the nursing effect and improve the quality of nursing.
