摘要
铜离子在基因表达、维持蛋白质结构和功能等方面起到了重要作用,因此设计并合成高灵敏检测铜离子的多肽荧光探针对于准确了解铜离子的生理学作用至关重要。利用荧光分子"Off-On"模式,设计并合成了荧光探针RW。在乙腈-HEPES(10-2mol/L; pH=7.4;V/V=2∶8)缓冲溶液中实现了对铜离子的高灵敏高选择性荧光检测,并进行了探针RW荧光性质研究。
Copper ions play an important role in gene expression,protein structure and function maintainance.Therefore,the design and synthesis of fluorescent probes with high sensitivity for the detection of copper ions is of great importance in understanding the physiological function of copper ions.A novel probe RW is designed and synthesized by the fluorescent molecule“Off-On”mechanisation.The highly sensitive and selective fluorescence detection of copper ions is carried out in the system of acetonitrile-HEPES(10-2 mol/L;pH=7.4;V/V=2∶8)buffer solutions.The fluorescence properties of probe RW are also studied.
