江西省某高校大学生高血压知识的调查

Research on Related Knowledge of Hypertension among University Students of Jiangxi Province

目的了解大学生血压的现状及其对高血压的相关知识和危险因素的掌握情况,为在高校开展高血压的防控科普工作提供参考依据。方法通过整群随机抽样的方法抽取600人,现场发放自行设置的问卷对其进行高血压的相关知识和危险因素的了解。结果高血压患病率4.33%,血压处于正常高值的比率为22.51%,大学生对高血压相关知识知晓率很低的分别是理想血压值、正常高值和高血压的诊断标准,大学生高血压患病的潜在的危险因素排在前三位的分别是高盐饮食、吸烟、饮酒。结论大学生对高血压的相关知识的知晓率普遍很低,且存在很多的危险因素,应尽早在高校开展高血压的防控科普教育。

Objective:to know the current situation about blood pressure of college students and the students’cognition of hypertension’s knowledge and risk factors,to provide a reference for the prevention and control of hypertension in universities.Methods:600students were selected randomly;their knowledge and risk factors of hypertension were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results:the rate of hypertension was4.33%and the rate of blood pressure at normal maximum was22.51%.The low awareness among college students about hypertension were ideal blood pressure value,normal maximum and diagnostic standard of hypertension.The top three potential risk factors for hypertension for college students were high salt diet,smoking and drinking.Conclusion:the awareness rate of hypertension among undergraduate is very low and there are many risk factors.It is necessary to carry out general science education on hypertension prevention and control in universities as soon as possible.
