激发贫困地区村干部精准脱贫积极性的思考

Reflections on the Initiative of Village Cadres to Poverty Eradication in Poor Area

村干部是精准扶贫工作中承上启下的双重代理人,具有至关重要的地位和作用。在这样的背景下部分村干思想认识不到位、工资待遇低、自身能力不强,积极性不高,对脱贫攻坚的进程产生了一些不利影响。对此,应加强他们的思想政治教育、多渠道提高待遇、强化针对性业务培训以及增加晋升空间与渠道,激发他们脱贫攻坚的积极性。

Village cadres are the dual agents that link the preceding and the following in the precise poverty alleviation work.They play a vital role.In this context,some villages are inactive,because their thoughts are wrong,the wages are low,and their own ability is not strong,which has some influence on the process of poverty alleviation.So we should strengthen their ideological and political education,improve their work treatment reasonably,strengthen the training of targeted business and increase the space and channels of promotion and promote their enthusiasm for poverty alleviation and hard work.
