上海新移民的现状及文化认同研究

A Research on the Status of New Immigrants and their Cultural Identity in Shanghai

近40年来,上海市新移民的总量不断提高,主要来自华东地区的青壮年,大多居住在上海中心城区或是经济发达的地区。新移民在文化认同过程中遇到了户籍制度不完善、价值观偏差和文化能力较弱等问题。因此,为促进新移民更好地融入上海的生活,要推动户籍制度改革增强他们的归属感,使他们能够在上海安居乐业;要加强社区建设,通过提供便民性质的公共服务和降低社区参与的门槛鼓励新移民积极参与到社区活动中来,推进新移民市民化进程;要大力弘扬上海城市精神,增强新移民对上海精神的认同感,使移民真正共享上海城市现代化文明。

In the past40years,the total number of the new immigrants in Shanghai has been being increased,mainly from young and middle-aged people in East China.Most of them live in the central city of Shanghai or economically developed areas.In the process of cultural identity,the new immigrants have encountered problems such as the imperfect household registration system,biased values and weak cultural ability.Therefore,in order to promote the better integration of the new immigrants into the life of shanghai people,it is necessary to promote the reform of the household registration system to enhance their sense of belonging so that they can live and work in peace and contentment in Shanghai,to strengthen community building,provide public services of convenience and lower the threshold for community participation so as to encourage the new immigrants to actively participate in community activities and promote the process of their urbanization and it is imperative to vigorously carry forward Shanghai's urban spirit to identify the new immigrants with the spirit of Shanghai and to enable them to truly share the modernization and civilization of Shanghai.
