打赢脱贫攻坚战,对全面建成小康社会、实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标具有十分重要的意义。随着近年来脱贫攻坚工作的大力开展,产业发展带动脱贫逐渐成为最见效、最长久的扶贫方式。本文主要以中国铁路广州局集团有限公司在广东省化州市公居村发展产业扶贫为案例,重点介绍产业扶贫的做法及特点,阐述如何树立正确的市场思维、如何因地制宜发展具有明显比较优势的产业,以实现长久脱贫。

Winning the battle against poverty is of great significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving"Double Hundred Years'Goal".With the vigorous development of poverty alleviation in recent years,industry development has gradually become the most effective and lasting way to alleviate poverty.This paper mainly focuses on the methods and characteristics of industrial development-led poverty alleviation by taking the industrial development-led poverty alleviation of China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.in the public housing villages of Huazhou City,Guangdong Province as an example,and elaborates on the way of establishing a correct market thinking,according to local conditions and by developing industries with obvious comparative advantages,so as to make the ever-lasting result of alleviating poverty come true.
