摘要
运用质性研究法,依据运动技能形成需经历动作的泛化、分化、巩固化和自动化四个发展阶段的规律,以中华女子学院女大学生在高山滑雪课程不同学习阶段的情绪感受为切入点,探究女大学生完整学习过程中的心理影响因素及主要情绪变化规律,并对教学实践提出了针对性改进对策。高山滑雪课程已经取得了不错的教学效果,为进一步提升教学质量提供了建议和策略。
By qualitative method,on the basis of the formation of athletic skills after the action of generalization,differentiation,consolidation and automation of four stages of development of female college students in China Women’s University in the course of alpine skiing in different stages of study emotion as the starting point,this paper explores the psychological factors and the main emotional changes of female college students,puts forward the improvement measures of teaching practice in order to improve the teaching quality of the skiing course.
