摘要
《国际图联趋势报告2017新进展》从三个角度深入分析报告提出的未来图书馆发展的三大关键议题的产生、成因、对策,与此同时,结合皮尤研究中心报告剖析论证,展望未来图书馆服务发展方向:基于用户群体不同,提供图书馆全民服务;基于对象需求各异,开展图书馆个性服务;基于数字技术融合,设计图书馆服务体系;基于领域优势互补,深化多重力量间合作。
IFLA Trend Report2017Update is a key report forecasting library’s future development under the new information environment based on IFLA Trend Report2016Update.This article makes an in-depth analysis on this report,focusing on the three key issues,WHAT,WHY and HOW,of library’s future development.At the same time,the three key issues are further analyzed and demonstrated through the Pew research center report.Future library development strategies are formulated:providing library services for all users according to different user groups;carrying out library personalized service based on different needs;designing library service system based on digital technology integration;strengthening cooperation among multiple parties based on complementary advantages of the field.
