自然海岸保护适宜性评价方法研究

A study on methodology of suitability evaluation for protection of the natural coastal

通过构建自然海岸保护适宜性评价指标体系,建立各指标评价标准,并给出综合评价模型,对自然海岸保护适宜性评价方法展开研究.依据此评价方法,将自然海岸保护的适宜性分为严格保护、加强保护、修复维护和整治恢复4个保护级别.在此基础之上,总结出各保护级别海岸空间分布特征,并从管理角度,给出了不同的保护管控建议.在现有管理体制下,为海岸线管控的长效机制研究奠定基础.

In this paper,by constructing natural coastal protection suitability evaluation index system,established the index evaluation standard,and gives a comprehensive evaluation model,to study the suitability evaluation method of natural coastal protection.According to this evaluation method,the suitability of natural coastal protection is divided into four protection levels:strict protection,strengthening protection,repair and maintenance and restoration.On this basis,the characteristics of coastal spatial distribution of each protection level are summarized,and different protection and control suggestions are given from the perspective of management.Under the existing management system,it lays the foundation for the study of the long-term system of coastal control.natural.
