摘要
提升高校科技创新团队绩效是当前一个亟待解决的问题,团队创新任务或目标的实现最终取决于团队成员是否有意愿实施创新行为。因此,文章从公平敏感性视角研究高校科技创新团队成员创新意愿的影响机制。文章采取跨层研究的方法,从个体和团队两个层面研究高校科技创新团队的公平敏感性对创新意愿及团队绩效的影响机制。通过实证研究提出提升高校科技创新团队创新绩效的建议和对策。
During the beginning phase of the construction of our innovative team in university,it is urging issue about how to improve the performance of innovative team in university,the accomplishment of the innovation task and objective of team depends on the perceived team policy of team members and their innovation intention.Therefore,this paper studies the influence mechanism of innovation intention of team members in innovative team in university from the point of view of equity sensitivity,the current study examines the effects of equity sensitivity at the individual and team level on innovation intention and team effectiveness indicators.
