摘要
创新驱动背景下,人才在全面创新中起着核心作用,高层次人才在中国经济、创新能力以及科技、管理发展等方面起到了极为重要的作用。引进高层次人才是推动供给侧改革的着力点之一,是南通市经济发展的重要方式之一。文章通过对南通市高层次人才引进现状的深入分析,总结出目前人才引进中的局限和存在的问题,并为解决这些问题提出了有效的参考措施,从而进一步推动南通市的更快发展。
Under the background of innovation driven,talents play a key role in overall innovation,high-level talents play an extremely important role in China’s economy,innovation ability,science and technology,and management development.Introducing high-level talents is one of the key points of promoting supply-side reform and one of the important ways of Nantong’s economic development.Through in-depth analysis of the present situation of high-level talents introduction in Nantong,this paper summarizes the limitations and problems in talents introduction at present,and puts forward effective reference measures to solve these problems,so as to further promote the faster development of Nantong.
