基于中美高教管理模式比较的双一流建设措施探讨

Analysis on the double first-class construction measures based on Chinese and American higher education management mode

随着我国经济的快速发展,综合国力的提升,我国高等教育自新中国成立以来经过4个阶段的快速发展,学校数量、学生规模等都位列世界前列,为更好地实施人才强国战略,实现教育强国梦,从2015年开始实施双一流高校建设工程即世界一流高校和一流学科建设。文章通过对我国高等教育发展及双一流建设背景的分析与美国高等教育管理模式的比较,提出了在我国双一流建设中采取更加科学合理的建设措施,发挥双一流建设项目的效益最大化,真正把我国更多的高等院校和学科建设成为世界一流的大学和一流学科。

As China’s economy developed rapidly and comprehensive national strength improved a lot,our higher education has achieved great progress in four periods’development since the founding of New China.The number of schools and the size of students have all ranked firstly in the world.In order to better implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development and realize the dream of building China into a leading power in education,our country has started to implement double first-class construction project since2015,namely firstclass universities and top disciplines construction.By analyzing the development of China’s higher education and background of double first-class construction project and comparing the educational management mode between China and U.S,this paper put forward some more reasonable measures for the purpose of maximizing the benefits of double first-class construction project,hoping that more and more universities and disciplines can really be ranked at the top in the world.
