Construction and empirical study of the “institution-community-home” trinity of Traditional Chinese Medicine health care for the aged

文章首先分析目前中医药健康养老服务现状,总结存在的问题;再从养老目标、服务主体和服务内容等方面入手,构建"机构—社区—居家"三位一体中医药健康养老服务体系;最后以南京市3家养老机构、3个社区和家庭为例进行实证研究,不断完善服务体系。

This paper analyzes the current situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)health care for the aged and summarizes the existing problems firstly.Then puts forward the service system of the“institution-community-home”trinity of TCM health care for the aged from the aspects of pension goals,service subjects and service contents.Finally,it takes three pension institutions,three communities and families in Nanjing as an example to carry out an empirical study,and constantly improve the service system.
