基于最早截止期优先算法的针织智能排产

摘要 针对传统织造车间生产计划依赖经验安排生产,不可避免出现安排不合理和资源浪费的情况,对影响排产的约束因素即订单量、产品交期、机台产能、机台负荷等进行了分析,采用最早截止期优先算法(EDF),结合影响排产的多种因素,实现针织MES系统的智能排产功能;文章以某一针织织造车间、交期在1月份的订单数据信息进行模拟测试,分析了人工和系统两种模式排产下的全部订单完成日期、有效工作时日、所有机器的开机天数,结果表明:系统的智能排程有效缩短了生产周期,使企业资源得到了最大化利用,提高了企业的竞争力。 In view of the fact that the production plan of traditional knitting workshop relies on experience to arrange production,it is inevitable to occur unreasonable arrangement and waste of resources.The paper analyzes the restrictive factors affecting production scheduling,including order quantity,product delivery time,machine production capacity,machine load,etc.The earliest deadline priority algorithm is adopted to realize the intelligent production scheduling function of knitting MES system by combining with various factors affecting production scheduling.The paper carried out a simulation test based on the order data information of a knitting workshop on January,and estimated the days required for the completion of all orders,the effective working days,and total starting-up time,in manual and system modes,respectively.Results indicated that the intelligent scheduling can shorten the production cycle effectively,so as to maximize the use of enterprise resources and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
