临床路径教学法在神经内科护生带教中的实施效果及体会 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察临床路径式教学法在神经内科护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2013年4月~2017年3月在神经内科实习的护生399名作为研究对象,按实习时间先后分为对照组(188名)和观察组(211名),对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用临床路径教学法,实习结束时分别对两组进行理论和操作考核并对带教满意度进行调查。结果观察组理论及操作考试成绩及教学满意度与传统教学组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床路径教学法应用于神经内科护生教学中可显著提高教学效果,规范了教学模式和内容,形成较好的教学氛围,促进师生共同成长,很受老师和学生们欢迎。 Objective To investigate the effect ofclinical path teaching method in the teaching of neurology probationer nurses.Methods399probationer nurses in neurology department from April2013to March2017were selected as the subjects,they were divided into the control group(188cases)and the observation group(211cases)according to the time of practice,the control group was used traditional teaching method,the observation group was used clinical path teaching method.At the end of the internship,theoretically and operationally of the two groupswere assessed,and the satisfaction of teaching was investigated.Results The theory and operation test scores and teaching satisfaction in the observation groupwere compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical path teaching method in the teaching of neurology probationer nurses can significantly improve the teaching effect,standardize the teaching mode and content,form a better teaching atmosphere,and promote the growth of teachers and students,which isvery popular among teachers and students.
