骨科病房指导患者不同踝泵运动频率强度的护理实践研究

目的研究骨科病房指导下肢骨折患者不同踝泵运动频率强度的护理实践方法。方法选取2018年1～8月我院收治下肢骨折患者共计60例,随机分为实验组和对照组指导踝泵运动,对照组最大极限背伸蹠曲5秒20组/次,1天10次,实验组最大极限背伸蹠曲5～8秒25组×3tid,观察两组患者依从性、肢体肿胀、舒适度、肌力疲劳度、DVT发生例数。结果实验组患者在踝泵运动依从性、肢体肿胀治疗有效率、舒适度方面的表现均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);而两组患者在肌力疲劳度、DVT发生例数比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论实验组最大极限背伸蹠曲5～8秒25组×3tid的踝泵运动可以更有效让患者接受实施,也更有利于肢体功能康复。

Objective To study the nursing practice method of guiding lower limb fracture patients with different frequency intensity of ankle pump exercise in orthopaedic ward.Methods Sixty patients with lower limb fracture in our hospital from January2018to August2018were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group and guided ankle pump exercise.In the control group,the maximal limit flexion of dorsal extensor metatarsal was5seconds20groups/times,10times a day.In the experimental group,the maximal limit flexion of dorsal extensor metatarsal was5to8seconds,25groups*3tid.Compliance,limb swelling,comfort,muscle fatigue and the number of DVT cases were observed in the two groups.Results The performance of the experimental group in ankle pump exercise compliance,limb swelling treatment efficiency and comfort were significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in muscle fatigue and DVT occurrence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The maximal limit flexion of dorsal extensor metatarsal5to8seconds25groups*3tid ankle pump exercise in the experimental group can be more effective for patients to accept,and it is more conducive to the rehabilitation of limb function.
