心理护理对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients

目的研究心理护理对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2017年6月～2018年1月于我院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分为两组,其中对照组50例,采取常规药物治疗,观察组50例,在使用药物治疗的基础上,进行心理护理,在患者入院时与治疗第八周周末分别对他们的依从性进行评定,对比分析两种治疗方式对患者所产生的影响。结果两组患者在入院时的依从性比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),两组患者在治疗第八周周末依从性差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于精神分裂症患者在使用药物进行治疗的基础上实施心理护理能够显著提高患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的治疗效果,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广与应用。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on treatment compliance in schizophrenia patients.Methods100patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from June2017to January2018were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups by random number table method.50cases in the control group were treated by routine drug therapy,50cases in the observation group were given psychological nursing on the basis of drug treatment.Compliance of patients was assessed at admission and at the end of the eighth week of treatment,the effects of the two treatments on patients were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in compliance between the two groups at admission(P>0.05),there was significant difference at the end of the eighth week of treatment(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing on the basis of drug treatment for schizophrenia patients can significantly improve the patient's treatment compliance and treatment effect,which is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
