脑梗死合并脑微出血患者血清MMP-9、IL-6、hs-CRP水平的研究

Study on Serum MMP-9,IL-6,and hs-CRPLevels in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cerebral microbleeds

目的分析研究血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与脑梗死合并脑微出血的关系。方法选择200例脑梗死患者,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,全部患者均给予磁敏感加权成像和头磁共振成像检查,根据磁敏感加权成像检查结果将全部200例患者分成非脑微出血组(150例)和脑微出血组(50例)。对患者的临床资料进行记录;对血清MMP-9、IL-6与hs-CRP水平进行检查,选择Logistic回归分析MMP-9、IL-6、hs-CRP与脑微出血的相互关系。结果脑微出血组患者的血清MMP-9、IL-6与hs-CRP水平显著高于非脑微出血组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析发现,调整了传统危险因素、性别以及年龄的影响,血清MMP-9、IL-6与hs-CRP均为发生脑微出血的危险因素。结论血清MMP-9、IL-6与hs-CRP水平与脑微出血的发生密切相关,临床中应加以关注和重视。

Objective To analyze and study the relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and cerebral infarction complicated with cerebral microbleeds.Methods Clinical data of200patients with cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed and all patients were given magneticsusceptibility weighted imaging and head magnetic resonance imaging.According to results of magneticsusceptibility weighted imaging examination,200patients were divided into the non-cerebral microbleeds group(150cases)and the cerebral microbleeds group(50cases).Clinical data of the patients were recorded and the serum MMP-9,IL-6and hs-CRP levels were examined.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between MMP-9,IL-6,hs-CRP and cerebral microbleeds.Results MMP-9,IL-6,hs-CRP levels of patients in the cerebral microbleeds group were significantly higher than those of the non-cerebral microbleeds group.The comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that serum MMP-9,IL-6and hs-CRP were risk factors for cerebral microbleeds after adjusting for traditional risk factors,gender and age.Conclusion Serum MMP-9,IL-6and hs-CRP levels are closely related to the occurrence of cerebral microbleeds,which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
