高血压患者随访结合家庭自测血压对血压控制的影响

Effect of follow-up combined with home self-test blood pressure on blood pressure control in hypertension patients

目的探讨高血压患者随访结合家庭自测血压对血压控制的影响。方法将就诊我院180例高血压患者采用随机数字表法分组并随访1年,对照组90例患者行常规随访干预,研究组90例患者行常规随访干预结合家庭自测血压,对比两组患者血压控制达标率和治疗依从性。结果研究组患者收缩压和舒张压明显低于对照组,且研究组患者血压控制达标率、临床治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论高血压患者随访结合家庭自测血压对血压控制具有积极作用,有助于提高高血压患者临床治疗依从性和血压控制达标率,可有效控制患者血压水平,值得在高血压患者中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of follow-up combined with home self-test blood pressure on blood pressure control in hypertension patients.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into groups and followed up for one year.90patients in the control group were received routine follow-up intervention,90patients in the study group were received routine follow-up intervention combined with home self-test blood pressure measurement.Blood pressure control compliance rate and treatment compliance between the two groups were compared.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the blood pressure control compliance rate and clinical treatment compliance of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up of hypertension patients combined with home self-test blood pressure has a positive effect on blood pressure control,it is helpful to improve the clinical treatment compliance and blood pressure control compliance rate of hypertensive patients,it can effectively control the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients.It is worthy of popularization and application in hypertension patients.
