耳穴压豆疗法治疗高血压的疗效观察

目的观察耳穴压豆疗法治疗高血压的疗效。方法选取2016年5月～2017年8月在我院就诊的108例高血压患者作为本研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分组。对照组54例,接受常规西药+常规干预;观察组54例,在对照组基础上实施耳穴压豆疗法治疗。对比两组临床疗效,并观察治疗前后血压水平及生活质量变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.44%(51/54)较对照组77.78%(42/54)高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组舒张压及收缩压与治疗前相比明显降低,且较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组生活质量评分与治疗前相比明显上升,且较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论给予高血压患者耳穴压豆疗法治疗疗效确切,有助于减轻头晕、头痛症状,降低血压水平,提高患者生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ear pressure beans therapy in the treatment of hypertension.Methods108patients with hypertension in our hospital from May2016to August2017were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table.54cases in the control group was given routine western medicine and routine intervention,54cases in the observation group was given ear pressure beans based on the control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.The changes of blood pressure levels and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group[94.44%(51/54)]was higher than control group[77.78%(42/54)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group increased significantly than that before the treatment,and higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear pressure beans therapy is effective for hypertensive patients,it can help reduce dizziness,headache symptoms,lower blood pressure levels,improve patients'quality of life,and has clinical value.
