无创呼吸机联合咪达唑仑治疗AECOPD患者疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨无创呼吸机联合咪达唑仑治疗AECOPD患者疗效。方法将我院呼吸内科2016年1月~2017年8月收治的AECOPD 80例随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者采用气管插管机械通气联合咪达唑仑镇静;研究组采用无创机械通气联合咪达唑仑镇静治。结果两组患者治疗后的RR、HR及PIP均显著低于治疗前,治疗后的PaO_2、SpO_2均显著高于治疗前(P <0.05);研究组治疗后的PIP显著高于对照组治疗后(P <0.05);研究组机械通气时间、咪达唑仑应用量及住院时间均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组VAP发生率(7.5%vs 27.5%)显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论无创机械通气联合咪达唑仑可减少咪达唑仑的应用量,降低VAP发生率,缩短机械通气时间及住院时间,值得应用。 Objective To explore the efficacy of non-invasive ventilator combined with midazolam in the treatment of AECODP.Methods Eighty patients with AECOPD who were admitted to respiratory department from January2016to August2017were randomly divided into study group and control group,40cases in each group.The control group were received tracheal intubation mechanical ventilation combined with midazolam,the study group were received non-invasive mechanical ventilation combined with midazolam.Results After treatment,RR,HR and PIP of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,PaO2and SpO2were significantly higher than before treatment,P<0.05.PIP of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The duration of mechanical ventilation,midazolam dosage and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of VAP of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(7.5%vs27.5%),P<0.05.Conclusion Non-invasive mechanical ventilation combined with midazolam can reduce the dosage of midazolam,reduce the incidence of VAP,shorten the mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time,it is worthy of application.
