美托洛尔对老年永久性心房颤动并慢性心功能不全患者心肌能量代谢变化的影响观察

Effect of metoprolol on myocardial energy metabolism in elderly patients with permanent atrial fibrillation and chronic cardiac insufficiency

目的探讨老年永久性心房颤动合并慢性心功能不全患者行美托洛尔治疗的效果。方法选取我院于2016年2月～2017年2月期间所收治的永久性心房颤动合并慢性心功能不全患者共60例,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组予以地高辛药物治疗,研究组患者予以美托洛尔治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床指标。结果两组治疗后的RWT数、LVMI数、LVID、LVM、NT-proBNP以及LVEF指标比较,均较治疗前提升,两组治疗前指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);经过治疗后,研究组患者的MESS/sys、MEE/min、Tei以及LVEF指标和对照组的各项指标(1.25±0.20、82.48±20.50、0.60±0.33以及263.5±32.19)差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论美托洛尔能够对老年永久性房颤患者的左心室重构和心功能予以改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of metoprolol in elderly patients with permanent atrial fibrillation and chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods Sixty patients with permanent atrial fibrillation and chronic cardiac insufficiency in our hospital from February2016to February2017were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,each group had30cases.The control group was treated by digoxin,the study group was treated by metoprolol,clinical indicators of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the RWT,LVMI,LVID,LVM,NT-proBNP and LVEF indexes of the two groups were significantly increased,but the indexes of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in MESS/sys,MEE/min,Tei and LVEF between the study group and the control group(1.25±0.20,82.48±20.5,0.60±0.33and263.5±32.19),P<0.05.Conclusion Metoprolol can improve left ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in elderly patients with permanent atrial fibrillation.
