黄金射频技术在腋臭治疗中的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of gold radio frequency technology in the treatment of underarm odor

目的探讨黄金射频技术在腋臭治疗中的临床疗效,为临床应用提供科学的依据。方法收集自2015年1月～2016年12月在英德市慢性病防治医院治疗的腋臭患者120例,将患者随机分为两组,每组60例,其中一组接受常规手术治疗作为对照组,另外一组接受黄金射频治疗作为观察组。两组患者的年龄、性别、BMI等一般人口学特征两组保持均衡具有可比性。比较分析两组患者术后的疗效和并发症。结果对于观察组患者腋臭痊愈率为86.7%(52/60),腋臭显效率为13.3%(8/60);对照组腋臭痊愈率为71.7%(43/60),腋臭显效率为28.3%(17/60),两组的疗效比较具有统计学意义(χ2=4.093,P=0.043),观察组的疗效优于对照组。观察组腋臭患者术后并发症发生率为1.67%(1/60),对照组腋臭患者术后并发症发生率为13.33%(8/60),两组术后并发症发生率具有统计学意义(χ2=5.886,P=0.015),观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组。结论黄金射频治疗腋臭的疗效远高于常规的手术治疗,并且操作简单,创伤小,术后并发症发生率低。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gold radio frequency technique in the treatment of underarm odor and to provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods120cases with underarm odor who treated in the Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Yingde City from January2015to December2016were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each group had60cases.Which group received routine surgical treatment was as the control group,and another group received gold radio frequency treatment as the observation group.Age,gender,BMI and other general demographic characteristics of the two groups remained balanced and comparable.Postoperative outcomes and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The cure rate of underarm odor in observation group was86.7%(52/60),and the effective rate was13.3%(8/60).The cure rate of underarm odor in control group was71.7%(43/60),and the effective rate was28.3%(17/60).The efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.093,P=0.043),the observation group was better than the control group.The postoperative complication rate of the patients with underarm odor in the observation group was1.67%(1/60),the control group was13.33%(8/60),there was statistical significance between the two groups(χ2=5.886,P=0.015),the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The efficacy of gold radio frequency treatment for underarm odor is much higher than that of conventional surgery,and it is easy to operate,with less trauma and low postoperative complication rate.
