青海省体育非物质文化遗产的现实境遇

The Reality of Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage in Qinghai

文章采用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对青海省体育非物质文化遗产的现状进行调查与分析。研究发现:在青海省体育非物质文化遗产的传承与保护中存在着项目申报数量偏少、类别结构单一;法律法规不完善且欠缺相应的保护机制;传承人的老龄化态势严峻、性别结构不合理等问题;同时也受到了地区经济的发展水平与经费投入等相关因素的影响。基于此,提出了关于体育非物质文化遗产传承与保护的相关建议,以期为青海省体育主管部门更好地开展青海省体育非物质文化遗产的传承与保护工作提供参考依据。

The present situations of sport intangible cultural heritage in Qinghai province are investigated and analyzed by three methods:documentation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.It is found out that some problems exist in the inheritance and protection of sport intangible cultural heritage in Qinghai province,for example,the number and the category structure of project application is few,the laws and regulations are imperfect and lack the corresponding protection mechanism,the aging situation of inheritors is severe,sexual structure is unreasonable and so on.At the same time,it is influenced by some relevant factors like the development level and funds input of regional economic.Based on this,the paper puts forward the related suggestions on the inheritance and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage,and provides references to help Qinghai sports competent department to carry out the inheritance and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage in Qinghai Province.
