摘要
通过美国SPARK课程在宁波市江北育才实验学校的教学实验研究,结果表明:美国SPARK课程对小学生心理健康问题方面有一定的作用,可以有效改善小学生的心理健康问题。结论 :运用美国SPARK课程可以提高体育教学练习密度、运动负荷,减少课堂管理的时间;提高小学生的身体心理健康水平,预防心理障碍。通过研究以其能为我国小学生心理健康教育改革提供必要的理论支持以及为小学体育课程改革与实践研究提供参考和借鉴。
Through the experimental research on the SPARK curriculum offered in Jiangbei Yucai Experimental School,it shows that:the American SPARK curriculum can significantly improve the sports load and training frequency of PE teaching,lessen the time of classroom management;in the meantime,it’s also beneficial to the enhancement of pupils’level of physical and mental health and effective prevention of psychological disorder.This paper aims to provide the necessary theoretical support for our pupils’mental health education reform as well as some references for PE curriculum reform and practice research in elementary sschools.
