我国高校高水平运动队建设的制约因素及可行途径

Restrictive Factors and Feasible Ways of Constructing High-Level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities in China

我国创办高校高水平运动队是为了促进学校体育工作,增强学生体质健康水水平、培养精英运动员参加各类重大赛事。但30多年的高校高水平运动队建设受到目标定位偏差、生源问题、教练问题、经费不足和组织机构赋权增能因素制约,未能达成既定目标,可以通过确定办队目标定位、提供组织机构保障、筹集资金形成多元经费结构、拓展学生运动员生源、明确运动员培养目标分类以及优胜劣汰和突破学训矛盾瓶颈途径打破制约因素,同时还应明确:高校高水平运动队的体制支持,是基于体育与教育两大部门之间利益纠葛和矛盾冲突化解之上的。

The establishment of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in China is aimed at promoting sports work in schools,enhancing students'physical health and water level,and training elite athletes to participate in various major competitions.However,the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities over the past30years is restricted by the factors of goal orientation deviation,source of students,coach problem,insufficient funds and empowerment of the organization,failing to achieve the set goal.Teams can handle by determining target positioning,and provide the security of organization structure,raise funds to form multiple funds structure,expand of source of student athletes,athletes training target classification and evolution and breakthrough bottlenecks contradictions between learning way to break the restriction factors,at the same time should also be clear:the support system of the high level sports teams,sports and education is based on two departments of interest and conflict resolving.
