浅谈艺术体操运动员球操技术训练

Training of Artistic Gymnasts in Ball Games

文章以山西省艺术体操队球操训练为例,对艺术体操运动员球操技术训练的内容及各内容之间的合理搭配进行研究,并对研究结果进行统计分析,深入分析研究球操运动员技术训练的负荷特征,为使训练内容科学化、搭配比重合理化,不断提高艺术体操训练水平提供参考。

Taking Shanxi artistic gymnastics team as an example,this paper studies the content of artistic gymnasts'technical training and the reasonable collocation of each content,and makes a statistical analysis of the results of the research,and makes a thorough analysis of the load characteristics of the technical training of ball gymnasts,so as to make the training content scientific,have rationalization of proportion and reference to improve artistic gymnastics training level.
