基层竞技体育后备人才培养新模式探索——以浙江衢州为例

The New Model on Competitive Sports Backup Talents Cultivation from Grass Root——Case Study in Quzhou Zhejiang Province

采用调查法等,研究浙江省衢州市"体教结合"的竞技体育后备人才培养模式,为拓宽新时代基层竞技体育后备人才培养新渠道提供建议。主要结论:近年来,衢州市创新竞技体育后备人才培养模式的体制机制,"体教结合"模式具有完善、严密的制度体系;整合了各方力量,具有强大动力;培训选材覆盖面扩大,形成专业的培训体系等。建议:加强教体部门的深度协作,健全畅通一体化培养机制,在学校大力推行"一校一品"教学方式,培育壮大社会办体育力量,探索改革体校文化课教育模式。

Using investigation and some other research methods,this paper studies"Academy-Physical Education Model"on cultivating backup talents of competitive sports in Quzhou,Zhejiang province,and puts forward suggestions on extending new ways for talents cultivation from grass-root.The main conclusions are as follows:In recent years,the new system of talents cultivation in Quzhou province has been created,and the"Academy-Physical Education Model"shows its comprehensive feature.The new model gathers power from various sides so that it is easy to put into action.The ample contents that model possessed cover comprehensive ways,so that it constructs professional system in education.Suggestions:Deepen the coorperation between departments of education and department of sport,in order that build up one-stand system for education.Promote new model of sports education in campus for the extensive power from the society,and look for teaching methods on sport universities in terms of their academy education.
