The influence of VAR technology(video assistant referee)on football matches is analyzed by literaturereviewsand some other research methods.It is believed that VAR technology can help regulate the referee's discretion,establish a good sports ethics,improve the quality of football broadcasting,and promote the integration of"science and technology+football".Currently,VAR technology still has some problems,such as influencing the fluency and coherence of the game,expensive supporting equipment and running costs.Suggestions:improve the regulation of football matches aftertheapplicationof VAR technology;Improve referees'rational use of VAR technology;Promote the supervision and accountability mechanism of VAR technology application and create environment for the transformation and development of VAR technology.
