The Development of Ancient Chinese Women's Sports from the Perspective of Ancient Poetry

运用文献资料法等,从中国古代诗词研究我国古代女子体育。主要结论:中国古代诗词中描写的我国古代女子体育项目主要划分为民俗类、百戏类、球类、博弈类、骑射类;反映出古代女子体育具有主体之阶级性、内容娱乐性、地点封闭性、时间节令性等特点;封建社会的社会分工、农封建礼教的道德约束、封建习俗的身体束缚是形成这些特点的深层次原因。

This study aims to explore the ancient Chinese women's sports in ancient Chinese poetry through literature reviews and other research methods.The major conclusions of the study are presented as follows:The ancient Chinese women's sports can be mainly divided into several categories-folkcustom sports,acrobatics,ball sports,games and riding and shooting sports,which reflect certain characteristics including the class nature of subjects,the entertaining nature of the content,the closure of the location and the seasonal nature of the timing;Such characteristics are deeply associated with the social division of labor in feudal society,the moral constraints of feudal agricultural ethics,and the physical restraint by feudal customs.
