氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床价值研究

Clinical value of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的分析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床价值。方法将我院2016年2月—2018年2月期间收治的114例高血压合并冠心病患者分为2组各57例,对比组采用盐酸贝那普利片治疗,观察组采用为氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压合并冠心病患者采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,能够使患者的血压得到有效控制,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet in treating hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 114 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital during the period from February,2016 to August,2012 were divided into two groups,of which 57 were in the comparison group,and the therapeutic drug was benazepril hydrochloride tablets,57 were in the observation group,and the therapeutic drug was amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets.The changes of blood pressure(before and after treatment)and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood pressure in the observation group was effectively controlled,and the treatment effect was higher than that in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital can effectively control the blood pressure of patients and improve the treatment efficiency of patients.
