摘要
为了更好地推动河北省先进制造业的发展进程,基于河北省各制造业细分行业的具体发展情况,构建综合评价指标体系,定量评价各细分行业的综合发展水平,明确河北省符合先进制造业发展要求的行业类型。同时以京津冀区域为背景对各细分行业的区位商进行定量测算,识别河北省的优势产业,进而明确河北省发展先进制造业的重点行业类型以及相应的优化发展对策,包括重点扶持符合先进制造业发展要求的细分行业、加快转型升级、加强区域共享平台建设,推动产业合作共赢。
In order to better promote the development process of advanced manufacturing industry in Hebei province,the specific developmentsituation of manufacturing industry in Hebei provincewas analyzed,the index systemwas established to evaluate development level of each industryquantitatively,and the industries which meet the development requirements of the advanced manufacturing industry were identifiedin Hebei province.The location quotient of each industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regionwas calculated,and the superior industrieswere identified.And then,thekey industries of advanced manufacturing industryin Hebei province were identified and the optimizing countermeasures were put forward.
