钒渣浸出过程的热力学和动力学研究现状

摘要 综述了石煤提取五氧化二钒过程中焙烧渣酸浸过程热力学以及酸浸、水浸、碱浸过程动力学的研究进展。探讨了钒在水溶液中的聚集状态。分析了含钒伊利石、高岭石、赤铁矿的溶解反应及其平衡常数等问题。评价了钠化焙烧渣水浸动力学、焙烧渣酸浸动力学、空白焙烧渣碱浸动力学等问题。对焙烧渣煅烧过程热力学与机理研究进行了展望。 The advances in thermodynamics and kinetics of acid leaching,flooding and alkali leaching were reviewed in the leaching process of roasting slag in the extraction of vanadium pentoxide from stone coal.The aggregation state of vanadium in aqueous solution was discussed.The dissolution reactions of illite,kaolinite and hematite and their equilibrium constants were analyzed.The kinetics of immersion of roasting slag,the kinetics of acid leaching of roasting slag,the kinetics of alkali leach ing of blank roasting slag were evaluated,respectively.The thermodynamics and mechanism of roasting process were also prospected.
