摘要
选取氯化锂和氯化钠两种盐,将其按照预先设置的比例混合制备出9种不同比例的混合氯化熔盐。利用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)测量混合物的熔点及相变潜热并进行分析,优选出具有合适性能的相变材料以用于太阳能热发电技术。结果显示:氯化锂和氯化钠混合熔盐的熔点在580℃左右,当氯化锂与氯化钠以质量比为1∶1混合时熔盐的相变潜热最大(320 J/g左右);混合氯化熔盐熔点的计算值与实验值虽然存在一定的偏差,但是误差在可控范围内。
Lithium chloride and sodium chloride were selected to prepare nine kinds of mixed chlorinated molten salts by mixing them in a preset proportion.Differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)was used to measure their melting points and phase change latent heats and phase change material with suitable properties was selected out for solar thermal power generation technologies through analysis.Result showed that melting point of the mixed molten salt of lithium chloride and sodium chlo ride was about580℃,and when the mass ratio of lithium chloride to sodium chloride was1∶1,the phase change latent heat value reached the maximum of320J/g.Although there was deviation between the calculated value and the experimental value of the melting point of mixed molten salt,the error was within the controllable range.
