碳化活化一体化纳米碳酸钙生产新工艺 被引量:6

摘要 碳化活化一体化装置具有碳化和活化温度可调、二氧化碳浓度可控、二氧化碳分布均匀、碳化无死角、搅拌速度可调、产品粒径大小和晶体形状可控等特点。该装置明显简化了纳米碳酸钙的生产流程,减少了设备数量,省略了浆液的静置、陈化、冷却、增浓等环节,提高了工艺的连续性,有利于节能降耗和提高产品质量的稳定性。在碳化起始浆液浓度、起始温度、制冷机功率、碳化气流量或压力等因素都相同的前提下,探讨了碳化气分别采用体积分数为38%、95%以及从95%渐降到20%模式时,碳化过程中氢氧化钙质量分数与碳化时间和碳化温度的关系,其中碳化气体积分数以渐降方式最为理想。 The carbonization and activation integrated device has the characteristics of carbonization and activation tempera ture adjustable,carbon dioxide concentration controllable,carbon dioxide distribution evenly,carbonization without dead an gle,stirring speed adjustable,particle size controllable and crystal shape controllable.The device simplified the producing process of nano CaCO3,and decreased the number of equipment.It avoided the technological links,such as slurry static,ma turing,cooling,thickening and other processes,the continuity of the process was improved,and it was conducive to saving energy and reducing consumption and improving product quality and stability.Under the same conditions,such as the initial carbide slurry concentration,carbonization temperature,refrigeration power,carbonization gas flow or pressure and other fac tors,when the carbonization gas volume fractions were38%,95%,and dropping from95%to20%respectively,the relation ship between the mass fraction of calcium hydroxide and carbonization time and temperature was discussed,and the carboniza tion gas using the gradual reduction was the most ideal way.
