粉煤灰制备矿物聚合材料正交实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 六盘水地区具有丰富的粉煤灰资源,制备矿物聚合材料是其再利用的研究热点之一。研究了以粉煤灰、水泥、偏高岭土和砂子为原料,在碱激发剂作用下制备矿物聚合材料的可行性。采用正交实验得出优化工艺条件:水泥掺比为25%,粉煤灰掺比为50%,砂子掺比为10%,固液质量比为2.1,氢氧化钠浓度为10 mol/L,硅酸钠占液相质量比为40%。在优化工艺条件下制备的聚合材料抗压强度达到18.29 MPa、抗拉强度达到1.33 MPa,符合混凝土C15级别。通过方差分析得出,水泥和硅酸钠用量对实验结果的影响是高度显著的,而粉煤灰与水泥、砂子、氢氧化钠交互作用的影响是显著的。 In view of abundant fly ash resources in Liupanshui area,preparation of mineral aggregate is one of the hot topics of its solid waste recycling.The feasibility of preparing mineral aggregates with fly ash,cement,metakaolin and sand as raw materials under the effect of alkali activator has been studied.The optimum technological conditions were obtained by orthogo onal experiment:cement ratio was25%,fly ash ratio was50%,sand ratio was10%,solid liquid mass ratio was2.1,sodium hydroxide concentration was10mol/L,and sodium silicate mass ratio was40%in liquid phase.Under optimized process con ditions,the compressive strength of the mineral polymerized material reached18.29MPa and the tensile strength reached1.33MPa,which was in line with the C15level of concrete.It was also found that the influence of the amount of cement and sodium silicate on the test results was highly significant by the ANOVA test,while the interaction of fly ash with cement,sand and sodium hydroxide was significant.
