金针菇菌丝体的液体发酵工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 以腺苷含量和菌丝体干重为参考指标,通过正交试验确定了金针菇菌丝体发酵的最佳液体培养基组成。结果表明:金针菇菌丝体液体培养基最佳氮源为低温豆饼粉和玉米浆干粉;最佳碳源为膨化玉米粉和蔗糖;最佳培养基组成为10g/L玉米浆干粉,25g/L膨化玉米粉,30g/L蔗糖,20g/L低温豆饼粉,3g/L KH2PO4和1.5g/L MgSO4·7H2O。在200L发酵罐中放大培养过程,接种量为15%,发酵周期为45~55h,每升培养液获得的金针菇菌丝体成品干重可达24.0g,腺苷质量分数高达394.6μg/g,比企业前期成品提高了97.0%。 The liquid medium composition for Flammulina velutipes mycelium fermentation was optimized by orthogonal experiments with adenosine content and dry weight of mycelium as indexes.The results showed that the optimum nitrogen sources were low-temperature soybean cake powder and corn steep powder,and the optimum carbon source was extruded corn powder and sucrose.The optimum medium composition was10g/L corn steep powder,25g/L extruded corn powder,30g/L sucrose,20g/L low temperature soybean cake powder,3g/L KH2PO4and1.5g/L MgSO4·7H2O.The cultivation was carried out in200L fermentor with the inoculum amount of15%.After45-55hours fermentation,the dry weight of F.velutipes mycelium Per liter was24.0g,and the content of adenosine was394.6μg/g,which was97.0%higher than that of the product before medium optimization.
