电主轴温度场与热变形的仿真与实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 以Setco 231A240型高速电主轴为研究对象,考虑了内置电机的损耗生热和轴承的摩擦生热,计算了电主轴各部分之间的传热系数,利用有限元软件Workbench建立电主轴有限元模型,分析得到了电主轴在不同因素影响下的温度场分布,基于电主轴热-结构耦合关系分析得到了温度影响下电主轴的热变形。仿真结果显示,较低转速下电主轴转子温度最高,转速对电主轴温度影响较大;电主轴头尾部热变形较大,主要为轴向变形。最后,将温度场仿真数据与实验数据对比,验证了仿真分析的准确性。 This study takes Setco 231A240 high-speed electric spindle as the research object.The loss of heat generated by the built-in motor and the friction heat generation of the bearing were considered,and the heat transfer coefficients between the parts of the electric spindlewere calculated.The finite element model of the electric spindle was established by Workbench.Through the analysis of the model,the temperature field of the electric spindle under the influence of different factors was obtained.Based on the thermal-structural coupling relationship of the electric spindle,the thermal deformation of the electric spindle was obtained.The results show that the rotor temperature of the electric spindle is the highest at lower speed,and the speed has a greater influence on the temperature of the electric spindle.The front and the rear part of the electric spindle have large thermal deformation,mainly axial deformation.Finally,the simulation temperature datawas comparedwith the experimental data to verify the accuracy of the simulation analysis.
