摘要
为了满足中小塑料加工企业生产信息化发展的需要,提出了一种基于Android智能终端的挤出机无线监控解决方案。使用工业路由器将挤出机进行组网,然后在智能移动终端运行自行研发的APP,并通过WiFi登录指定挤出机的Modbus TCP/IP Server,便可实现对转速、温度等工艺参数的监控。该系统较基于PC或服务器的集中监控系统而言,搭建成本低、实现简单,并已应用于多台挤出机的生产运行监控,运行稳定可靠。
In order to meet the needs of small and medium-sized plastic processing enterprises in the development of information technology,a wireless monitoring solution for extruder based on Android intelligent terminal was proposed.Firstly,the industrial router was used to network the extruder,and then the smart mobile terminal runs the self-developed APP to log in to the Modbus TCP/IP Server of the specified extruder through WiFi,so that the process parameters such as speed and temperature can be monitored.Compared with the centralized monitoring system based on PC or server,the system has low construction cost and simple implementation.The design and development system has been applied to the production and operation monitoring of multiple extruders,and the operation is stable and reliable.
