莆田学院构建高校创业教育生态系统研究

Putian University Establishes the Ecological System of Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

高校创业教育逐步迎来了发展的高峰期,大学生已逐步成为一个重要的创业群体,在缓解大学毕业生就业难、促进技术创新的转移、转变地区发展模式等方面都发挥着重要的作用。对莆田学院的大学生创业状况、创业意向和创业教育需求进行系统性的调查,分析大学生所具备的创业素养,包括创业知识储备、创业意识形态、创业管理能力等。通过调查分析,在充分了解莆田大学生创业能力的基础上,设定适合莆田学院大学生的创业课程和创业实践,构建完善的有效率的创业教育生态系统,多个方面的相互作用下,形成系统性的教学方案和创业创新生态系统。

With the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities gradually ushering in the peak,college students has gradually become an important part of the entrepreneurship community,playing an important role in relieving the university graduates’employment difficulty,promoting the transfer of technology innovation,transforming region development model.A systematic investigation was conducted on the university students’entrepreneurial status,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial education needs in Putian College,and the entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurial knowledge,entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial management competence of college students were analyzed.Through investigation and analysis,based on the full understanding of Pu tian college students,entrepreneurial competencc,we should establish a perfect entrepreneurship curriculum and entrepreneurship practice suitable to Putian College students,construct optimized and efficient entrepreneurship education ecological system and under the interaction of multiple aspects,systematic training scheme and entrepreneurship education ecological system can be formed.
