以就业为导向的高职院校旅游专业实践教学探讨

Discussion on Employment-oriented Practice Teaching of Tourism Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着旅游业近几年的迅猛发展,具有较强实践能力及管理技能的旅游人才越来越紧缺,各高职院校对此应高度重视。基于此,分析目前高职院校旅游专业实践教学目前存在的问题,以就业为导向,提出实践教学的策略,以期为旅游企业培养更多的适合社会需求的旅游专业人才。

With the rapid development of tourism in recent years,tourism talents with high practical ability and management skills are becoming increasingly scarce.Higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to it.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems in tourism practice teaching in higher vocational colleges,and with employment as the guidance,puts forward the practice teaching strategies in order to train more tourism professionals who meet the needs of the society for tourism enterprises.
