新媒体背景下高校团建工作研究

Research on Communist Youth League Building in Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Media

随着信息技术、数字技术和移动通讯技术的飞速发展,以微博、微信、4G手机网络等即时通讯技术和软件为代表的新媒体已为广大青年接受和使用。据调查,以大学生为代表的青年群体是新媒体技术使用最活跃的群体。随着新媒体技术的发展,高校共青团工作需要与时俱进。通过分析、研究新媒体对高校共青团工作的正反两方面影响,进一步探索新媒体环境下的高校共青团工作的创新路径。

With the rapid development of information technology,digital technology and mobile communication technology,new media,such as Weibo,WeChat,4Gmobile phone network and other simultaneous communication technology and softwar have been accepted and used by young people.According to the survey,the youth group represented by college students is the most active group in the use of new media technology.With the development of new media technolog,the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities needs to keep pace with the times.This paper will study the positive and negative effects of new media on the work of the Communist Youth League through analysis and research in order to further explore the innovative path of the Communist Youth League work in colleges and universities in the newmedia environment.
