摘要
南疆高校因经济发展缓慢、人文环境特殊、传统的应试教育思想、大环境的不重视、就业市场需求少等因素的存在,给高校英语的教学带来了负面的影响。对南疆高校民族大学生公共英语自主学习的现状和影响因素进行分析梳理,并针对其现状从学校层面、教师层面、以及学生自身方面对提升南疆高校民族大学生公共英语自主学习的能力给出了建议,以期对南疆高校民族大学生的英语自主学习有所启示进而提升其英语水平。
The slow economic development,the special humanistic environment,the traditional exam-oriented education ideas,the lack of attention to the general environment,and the lack of demand in the employment market in southern Xinjiang universities have had a negative impact on English teaching in universities.This paper analyzes the current status and influencing factors of ethnic college students'self-directed learning on public English in universities in southern Xinjiang,and focuses on the current status to give suggstions about improving the ability of self-learning on public English of ethnic college students in southern Xinjiang from the perspectives of schools,teachers,and students.It aims to enlighten the self-directed learning of public English of ethnic students in southern Xinjiang universities.
