低位放顶煤工作面瓦斯浓度分布规律与控制技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于高瓦斯低位放顶煤工作面瓦斯涌出量大、回采期间瓦斯容易超限的问题,提出采用单元法测定和分析工作面瓦斯涌出及分布规律。以五阳煤矿7607综放面为研究对象,将工作面划分为12个单元,布置测站和立体网格状测点,测定回采期间综放面瓦斯浓度分布和风量变化。通过测定数据分析工作面瓦斯来源、工作面漏风情况和工作面瓦斯浓度聚集分布规律,从而针对性地提出了U型通风配合"顶板高位钻孔+上隅角插管+高抽巷"的综合瓦斯治理方式。工程实践表明,工作面上隅角和回风流等容易超限区域的瓦斯浓度控制在0.8%以下,治理效果显著,证明了瓦斯治理控制技术的有效性,促进了五阳煤矿的安全高效生产。 Based on the large gas emission and easy to exceed the limit of gas during the recovery period of high gas and low top coal caving face,a unit method is used to determine and analyze the gas emission and distribution law on working face.The 7607 fully-mechanized caving face in Wuyang Coal Mine was taken as the research object,in order to measure the distribution of gas flow concentration and the change of air volume on fully-mechanized caving face during the mining,the working face is divided into 12 units and the survey station and the three-dimensional grid form are arranged.The gas sources of the working face,the air leakage of working face and the distribution law of gas concentration on working face were analyzed by measuring data.The comprehensive gas of U type ventilation combined with"high-level drilling in roof+gas extraction by intubation in upper corner+high-level pumping roadway"was proposed.According to the engineering practice,the gas concentration is controlled below 0.8%in the area which is easy to exceed the gas limit of the upper corner of the working face and the return air flow.The effect of gas control is remarkable.It proves the effectiveness of the gas control and control technology,and promotes the safe and efficient production of Wuyang Coal Mine.
