摘要
燃烧过程中超细颗粒物的排放是造成雾霾的主要污染源,现有除尘工艺对燃煤颗粒物的除尘效率能够达到99%以上,但是对超细颗粒物的脱除率不高,因此,降低超细颗粒物排放研究面临严峻挑战。综述了当前燃煤颗粒物控制的研究现状及存在问题,提出一种新型颗粒层减排工艺,且进行了试探性研究。结果表明,颗粒层除尘工艺可有效降低PM2.5的排放,为进一步研究烟气中超细颗粒物的排放提供了一定的实验基础,并对未来控制燃烧烟气中超细颗粒物排放进行了展望。
The ultrafine particles emission from coal combustion was the main pollution source of haze.The dust removal efficiency of the existing dust removal technology can reach more than 99%,but the removal rate of ultrafine particles was not high,so the reducing of ultrafine particles emissions faced harsh challenges.This paper summarized the current problems of coal-fired emission reduction research status,to put forward a new particle layer emission reduction technology,and to conduct tentative studies.The results showed that the processing of granular layer can effectively reduce the PM2.5 emission,which provided a certain experimental basis for further study of the ultrafine particulate matter emission and the control of ultra-fine coal-fired particulate emissions was forecasted.
