随着GIS技术与物联网技术高速发展,人民日常生活的各个领域都在向智慧化应用发展,尤其近几年城市内涝的频繁出现,让城市排水的研究作为近年来的热门话题,城市排水设施、排涝实时监测成为城市内涝预警预报的主要方式,建立一整套智慧排水系统势在必行。通过分析当前的内涝形势,在分析可用的先进技术手段基础上,提出排水设施、防汛排涝设施的管理和监控,提出智慧排水系统的整体解决方案,为城市内涝防汛提供监控与预警预报,并详述各子系统的建设方案和功能实现,为智慧排水建设和城市内涝智慧管理提供解决方案和思路参考。

With the development of geographic information technology and networking technology,the wisdom of the city′s construction gradually began to be applied to all areas of life,in recent years urban waterlogging occurs frequently,so research urban drainage as a hot topic in recent years,urban drainage facilities,drainage become the main way real-time monitoring early warning and forecasting of urban waterlogging,drainage system is imperative to establish a set of wisdom.This paper analyzes the current situation of waterlogging in advanced technology available on the basis of the analysis proposed drainage,flood control and drainage facilities management and monitoring,propose solutions to the wisdom of the whole drainage system,provides monitoring and early warning and forecasting for urban flood control waterlogging and building programs and features detailing each subsystem implementations,provide solutions and ideas reference for the construction of drainage and urban waterlogging wisdom wisdom management.
